Marie-Louise Jansen

Development Director

Marie-Louise Jansen is Development Director for the Foundation with more than 20 years experience in the development and funding of multi-year initiatives in public policy and peacebuilding in former conflict regions. 

As an independent consultant, Marie-Louise directed research for the 2021 International Bar Association publication, Contested Histories in Public Spaces: Principles, Processes, Best Practices,  and consults for a number of other institutions including EuroClio- European Association of History Educators,  and the office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, in The Hague. 

She previously worked at the Salzburg Global Seminar, in Austria,  and  served as founding administrative director and director of development for the Institute for Historical Justice and Reconciliation.
