Communications & Public Relations Director
Paul Goguel Masson is the communications and public relations director of the Democracy & Culture Foundation. He is leading the marketing and communications efforts, and is responsible for the image of the foundation, its two events and numerous initiatives and projects.
A communications professional, Paul has worked in the democracy and arts sectors. He is the head of development and communications of Democratic Society, a non profit designing and researching innovative participatory processes in Europe. Prior to this, he worked at the British Embassy in Paris, in charge of public and cultural relations and at the Rodin Museum as communications and fundraising officer.
Based in Paris, Paul has master’s degrees in business administration, international relations and history, and studied in France and South Korea.
