Event & Project Officer
Dimitra Kapetanaki is a graduate of the Communications, Media and Culture Department at Panteion University in Athens, Greece. As an event and projects officer at the Democracy & Culture Foundation, she ensures the timely and efficient delivery of various projects and initiatives, such as Teens for Democracy, ORBIS and the Kofi Annan NextGen Democracy Prize. She handles applications, deliverables and communication with partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
During the main conferences of the foundation (Art for Tomorrow and Athens Democracy Forum), she supports the handling of logistical matters, such as registrations, travel and accommodation for the speakers and participants.
Dimitra is also responsible for the maintenance of the Foundation’s websites. In cooperation with the team, she makes sure they are updated with engaging content and useful information, always in accordance with the aesthetics of each website.
